The ruling on touching a woman after performing wudu'

Question:
Does touching a woman invalidate the wudu'?

Answer:
The correct view is that touching her does not invalidate the wudu' unless something comes out as a result, such as pre-seminal fluid or semen. If semen comes out, you must perform the full ritual bath. If pre-seminal fluid comes out, you must wash the private parts and the testicles, along with performing the prescribed wudu'. However, if the touching is of her private parts or your private parts without a barrier, the wudu' is invalidated by that; because touching the private parts of a man or a woman invalidates the wudu'.
