Is every verse addressed to the believers, such as the saying of Allah the Exalted: (Those who have succeeded are the believers who are humble in their prayers)? Does the reference here include both male and female, or only the male?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Is every verse addressed to the believers, such as the saying of Allah the Exalted:
Those who have succeeded are the believers who are humble in their prayers
As-Sunan al-Kubra lil-Nasa'i 6:150
Does the reference here include both male and female, or only the male? And is the righteous woman who holds fast to the law of Allah included, if Allah wills, among the seven whom Allah will shade with His shade on the Day when there is no shade except His, as mentioned in the hadith?

The Shaykh : Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and I send prayers and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and his Companions, and upon those who follow them with excellence until the Day of Judgment.
I say: Know that the original rule regarding the addresses in the Noble Qur'an or the Prophetic Sunnah is that they are general for men and women. What is established for men is established for women, and what is established for women is established for men, except by evidence. Most of the addresses in the Qur'an and Sunnah are directed to men, and this is because the man is more balanced in intellect than the woman, bears more responsibility, and is stronger in carrying out the commands of Allah and His Messenger. For this reason, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
I have not seen anyone more deficient in intelligence and religion than you. A cautious sensible man could be led astray by some of you.
Sahih al-Bukhari 304

Therefore, you will find that most of the addresses in the Noble Qur'an and the Prophetic Sunnah are directed to men, but sometimes they are directed to women or spoken about women because that is the predominant characteristic among them, such as the saying of Allah the Exalted:
And from the evil of the blowers in knots
[Al-Falaq 113:4]

He attributed that to the women who blow on knots, and they are women, because that is more common among them. Although it is possible that the meaning is "and from the evil of souls, the women who give birth in knots," but the well-known view is that the women who blow on knots are the sorcerers.
Similarly, the saying of Allah the Exalted:
And those who accuse chaste women and then do not produce four witnesses - lash them
[An-Nur 24:4]
He mentioned the chaste women, and it is known that if one accuses men, the ruling is the same, but he attributed that to women because it is the predominant characteristic that women are the ones who make such accusations.
The summary is: What is established for men is established for women, and what is established for women is established for men, except by evidence. This is the summary.
Accordingly, the addresses directed to men in the Book and the Sunnah include women, such as the saying of Allah the Exalted:
Certainly will the believers have succeeded: قد أفلح المؤمنون
[Al-Mu'minun 23:1]
as mentioned in the question. We say, and the believing women as well. And such as the saying of Allah the Exalted:
Indeed, those who recite the Book of Allah and establish prayer and spend [in His cause] out of what We have provided them, secretly and publicly, [can] expect a profit that will never perish - إن الذين يتلون كتاب الله أقاموا الصلاة وأنفقوا مما رزقناهم سراً وعلانية يرجون تجارة لن تبور
[Fatir 35:29]
which includes women.
And such as the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Seven people will be shaded by Allah under His shade on the day when there will be no shade except His. They are: (1) a just ruler; (2) a young man who has been brought up in the worship of Allah, (i.e. worship Allah (Alone) sincerely from his childhood), (3) a man whose heart is attached to the mosque (who offers the five compulsory congregational prayers in the mosque); (4) two persons who love each other only for Allah's sake and they meet and part in Allah's cause only; (5) a man who refuses the call of a charming woman of noble birth for an illegal sexual intercourse with her and says: I am afraid of Allah; (6) a person who practices charity so secretly that his left hand does not know what his right hand has given (i.e. nobody knows how much he has given in charity). (7) a person who remembers Allah in seclusion and his eyes get flooded with tears.
Sahih al-Bukhari 1423

This includes the woman if she possesses these characteristics. For example,
A just ruler
a woman cannot possess this characteristic, because a woman can never hold a general authority that includes men and women. It is true that she can hold a general authority regarding the women's section, such as being a school principal or the like. However, she cannot be an imam, nor can she be a president, nor can she be a minister in the ruling of the Shari'ah, because the woman is not like the man in strength, decisiveness, and thought.
And a young man who grew up in the obedience of Allah

And a man whose heart is attached to the mosques
This is not possible for a woman because a woman's mosque is her home. But if her heart is attached to the prayers, and whenever she prays an obligatory prayer she looks forward to the next obligatory prayer, we hope that she will be like the man whose heart is attached to the mosques.
And two men who loved each other for the sake of Allah, meeting for that and parting for that
A woman can possess this characteristic.
a man whom a beautiful woman of high rank seduces (for illicit relation), but he (rejects this offer by saying):" I fear Allah" ورجل دعته امرأة ذات منصب وجمال فقال إني أخاف الله
Sahih Muslim 1031a
A woman can also possess this characteristic, or she may not. A woman possesses this characteristic such that if a man of status and beauty invites her, she says: "I fear Allah." It is possible that she does not possess this characteristic, because the strength of desire in men is greater than the strength of desire in women. So if a man is invited by a woman of status and beauty, and he says: "I fear Allah," that is greater than a woman saying to a man of status and beauty who invited her: "I fear Allah." I mean, I hesitate whether she is included in this characteristic or not.
a person who practices charity so secretly that his left hand does not know what his right hand has given
Sahih al-Bukhari 1423
This also includes women because it may happen to them.
and a person who remembers Allah in seclusion and his eyes are then flooded with tears.
Sahih al-Bukhari 660
This also includes women.
