Advice for one who committed a sin, repented, then forgot and returned to it

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
May His Eminence the Shaykh, Abdul Aziz ibn Abdullah ibn Baz, be preserved and protected by Allah.
Peace be upon you, and Allah's mercy and blessings. As for what follows:
I am sending you this message, placing all my hope in Allah , and I ask for your advice and your supplication for me, after Allah has granted you success and is pleased with me, so that He may forgive me and have mercy on me. I have been afflicted with a worry, grief, and ailment from which I find no way of escape. I fear that I am beginning my conversation with you with the word of my brother, for I am impure from the sin I have been afflicted with, a sin that shakes the mountains. I hope to find in you the advisor and supplicant who will not forget me in his prayers, even once, so that Allah may forgive me. May Allah reward you with good. I have been afflicted with the heinous act of sodomy with my wife, the mother of my children, even though I often called upon Allah to make me forget this calamity, but the supplication of the misguided hypocrites is not answered. Even though I performed the obligatory Hajj this year, I wasted everything, for my wife was menstruating, and I could not control myself, so I approached her from behind, although I am uncertain whether penetration occurred, but the intention was there, whether the penis entered or not. I ask your Eminence if there is a way to make me detest this act and save me from the punishment of the Lord, for every time I commit my act, I repent briefly and then forget everything.
I hope you will inform me and supplicate for me, and I am grateful to you. I would also like to ask if the reply incurs a fee, please inform me of the cost of the answer and how I can pay it. Finally, I ask that you reply to my message and consider it, for your advice will be, by the grace of Allah, a help for me in abandoning this vile disease. Please do not delay in replying to me. Peace be upon you, and Allah’s mercy and blessings.
The sinner. A. H. A.
And upon you be peace, and Allah’s mercy and blessings, and after that:
So we advise you to repent to Allah the Exalted from what has passed, and to be cautious of returning to the commission of this major sin. Whoever repents, Allah accepts his repentance, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Repentance wipes out what came before itالتوبة تجب ما كان قبلها
Sunan al-Bayhaqi 16:896
And he (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
The one who repents from sin is like one who did not sin.التائب من الذنب كمن لا ذنب له
Sunan Ibn Majah 4250Da’if (Darussalam)
So you must be truthful in your repentance and sincere to Allah in it, and resolve not to return to it. Be glad of good and a good outcome. May Allah reform you and protect you from the evil of your self and your desires, and before your repentance, He is Generous and Bountiful.
And peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
