What does a person say if he wants to perform ruqyah on himself?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q: The brother: A. A. A. from Dammam says in his question: When a person performs ruqyah on one of his brothers, he says in the narrated supplication: "In the name of Allah, I perform ruqyah on you from everything that harms you, and I ask Allah the Most Generous, Lord of the Mighty Throne, to heal you." The question, O honorable Shaykh: What does a person say if he wants to perform ruqyah on himself? We ask you to be kind and provide the information. May Allah reward you with good.

A: He says what the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) guided to by saying:
O Lord of mankind, remove the affliction and heal. You are the Healer; there is no healing except Your healing. In the name of Allah, I perform ruqyah on myself from everything that harms me, and from the evil of every soul or envious eye. May Allah heal me.رب الناس اذهب البأس واشف أنت الشافي لا شفاء إلا شفاؤك بسم الله أرقي نفسي من كل شيء يؤذيني ومن شر كل نفس أو عين حاسد الله يشفيني
.
And he seeks refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to perform ruqyah on himself in his palms when he slept if he complained of something, by reciting:
Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One,قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ
[Al-Ikhlas 112:1]
and
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreakقُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ
[Al-Falaq 113:1]
and
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind,قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ
[An-Nas 114:1]
(three times), and he would wipe with them over his head, his face, and the front of his body (three times). And success is from Allah.
