A: It is prescribed for every Muslim man and woman to pray four rak'ahs before 'Asr, saying the closing salam after every two; based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):Jami` at-Tirmidhi 430Hasan (Darussalam), and his saying (peace and blessings be upon him): Sunan Abi Dawud 1295Sahih (Al-Albani). And success is from Allah.
