How did the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say to Aisha: “Your tawaf of the House and of al-Safa and al-Marwah suffices for your Hajj and 'Umrah,” while she said:

The questioner : The Shaykh of Aisha, when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said... Hajj and 'Umrah; perhaps she had performed 'Umrah, even though she said “How do the people return with Hajj and 'Umrah, while I return with Hajj”?

The Shaykh : What is the problem?

The questioner : The problem is that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to her
It suffices for your Hajj and your 'Umrah يكفيك عن حجك وعمرتك
and she said “How do the people return with Hajj and 'Umrah, while I return with Hajj”?

The Shaykh : Did you understand the problem? He says: How did the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say to her
Your tawaf of the House and your sa'y between al-Safa and al-Marwah suffice for your Hajj and your 'Umrah. طوافك بالبيت وبالصفا والمروة يسعك لحجك وعمرتك
and then she said “The people return with Hajj and 'Umrah, while I return with Hajj”? Yes, this appears contradictory on the surface. So we say that she meant the acts of 'Umrah, meaning that the people return with a separate, independent 'Umrah and a separate, independent Hajj, while I return with Hajj, because for the one who combines them (qarin), performing Hajj is the same as performing it alone (mufrid). This is what she meant. Yes, Ahmad?

The questioner : ... .

The Shaykh : They say that when the river becomes strong, it pushes everything, even the stone in front of it.
