Does a believer who commits murder remain in the Fire forever?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Regarding the permanence of the punishment for the one who kills a believer?
There are two types of permanence regarding the killer and the non-killer. So, permanence is of two kinds: permanent permanence, which is for the disbelievers. And temporary permanence, which is what is intended regarding the killer and the fornicator:
and he will abide therein humiliated -وَيَخْلُدْ فِيهِ مُهَانًا
[Al-Furqan: 69]. The fornicator and the killer, and the story of the one who killed himself is also like that; permanence was mentioned in it, so it is a temporary permanence that has an end, unlike the permanence of the disbelievers, which has no end. The Arabs know this; they use the word "permanence" for something long-lasting. "They stayed and became permanent," meaning: they prolonged their stay.
