The ruling on a woman who menstruates during 'Umrah and wants to return to her home

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
If a woman enters the state of ihram for 'Umrah and then menstruation begins, and she wants to return to her home without completing the 'Umrah, is she required to offer a sacrificial animal?

Answer:
She is not permitted to do that. She must complete her 'Umrah. Once she becomes pure, she completes the 'Umrah. She remains in Makkah until she finishes. If she is compelled to leave, she goes to Jeddah or al-Ta'if, then returns and completes it. If it becomes a hardship for her guardians, they go to Jeddah or al-Ta'if or elsewhere, and then return.
Q: And if she leaves while she is menstruating?
A: No, she owes nothing. She simply returns and completes it. She must come back and complete her 'Umrah.
