The ruling on writing verses and erasing them in water and drinking it for the purpose of healing

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
He asks another question, saying: What is the ruling in the Shari'ah regarding writing verses from the Qur'an, or a name from the beautiful names of Allah, and erasing them in water, and drinking it with the intention of healing from an illness, or bringing about a benefit?

Answer:
There is no harm in that. Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allah have mercy on him) mentioned that regarding a group of the Salaf, and it is among the means, among the treatments. So if one writes verses from the Qur'an with saffron, then washes them and drinks them, there is no harm in that, if Allah wills. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good, and may He do you good.
