Ruling on a woman not covering herself in front of her husband's brothers

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A lengthy letter from one of the female listeners, containing approximately five questions. In one of them, she mentions that her husband lives with his brothers and his father in one house, and that she is often exposed in front of his brothers. She has expressed her concern to her husband regarding this matter, but he did not care. She asks your Eminence how she should act? May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
It is obligatory for you to fear Allah and to be careful regarding his brothers as much as possible. Do not sit in seclusion with any one of them, and do not expose yourself to any of them. However, if it happens by chance, such as you come out of a door by chance and did not intend to, and he saw you, or you are in the kitchen and he sees you without any intentional action on your part, then there is no blame on you. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), when asked about the sudden glance, said:
Avert your gazeاصرف بصرك
.
So you are the same; if you see any of them, cover yourself from them, and praise be to Allah. The thing that happens without intention is forgiven by Allah, both for you and for them. If any of them sees you suddenly, there is no blame in him averting his gaze. And if you appear and one of them is in front of you, and you did not notice him, then hasten to cover yourself, and praise be to Allah. The thing that is not within your control does not harm you and does not harm them:
So fear Allah as much as you are ableفَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ
[al-Taghabun:16]. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good.
