Ruling on delegating the stoning for a capable pilgrim

Question:
The first question in this session is one that says: Your Eminence! I performed Hajj last year with my mother and a brother of mine. On the day of Eid, we went down to Mina early. When we arrived in Mina, my brother asked me to stay with my mother, and he told me that he would perform the stoning on my behalf, and that it is not necessary for me to stone myself, even though the crowd was not severe. Likewise, on the second day, I did not stone, but he stoned on my behalf because the crowd was severe. Is this permissible for me or not? And if it is not permissible, what should I do? May Allah reward you with good. This question is from the sister (J. A. S).
Answer:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, and may Allah send prayers and peace upon the Messenger of Allah, and upon his family and his Companions, and upon whoever follows his guidance.
As for what follows: If the reality is what the questioner mentioned, and that her brother stoned on her behalf without an excuse, and she is capable, with no impediment, then upon you, O sister in Allah, is a sacrificial animal to be slaughtered in Mecca for the poor due to leaving off the stoning, while you were able to do it. We ask Allah for success and acceptance for everyone.
The presenter: O Allah, amen. May Allah reward you with good and do you good. If her brother kept her with her mother to comfort her and to attend to her needs.
The Shaykh: That is not an excuse. That is not an excuse. Upon her is a sacrificial animal to be slaughtered in Mecca, like the Eid sacrifice, a sheep, a head of livestock like the Eid sacrifice, to be slaughtered in Mecca for the poor. Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you with good, and may He do you good.
