The ruling on one who did not cut his hair to exit the state of ihram from 'Umrah

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
He says: I performed 'Umrah, but I did not shorten the hair on my head. At that time, I fasted for ten days, but I did not fast them until after I returned from Hajj to my family. What is your guidance?

Answer:
It is obligatory for you to shorten your hair. You do not have to fast; you have to shorten your hair. This is because shortening the hair has no specific limit and no specific time. So it is obligatory for you to shorten your hair with the intention of 'Umrah, if it was 'Umrah, or otherwise, was it Hajj?

The presenter: Hajj and 'Umrah as a mutamatti'.

The Shaykh: You have to shorten your hair, and that is sufficient, even if it is in your country. The fasting you fasted has its reward for you, if Allah wills. You have to shorten your hair with the intention of your Hajj, or your 'Umrah. You are in a good state, and praise be to Allah. You owe nothing for the sake of ignorance and lack of insight. Yes.

The presenter : Praise be to Allah. May Allah reward you with good.
