The validity of the Hajj of one who has a fistula

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A letter from one of the listening brothers, who called himself Abu Su'ban from the southern region of the Kingdom, says: I went for Hajj with one of my relatives, and I have an illness called a fistula, which is located at the lower back, and blood and pus come out of it, and it is a chronic illness. Does that affect the Hajj?

Answer:
That does not affect the Hajj, but you should do your best to protect your clothes and body from pus and blood. Do what you can, and it does not prevent prayer or Hajj. Fear Allah as much as you are able [al-Taghabun:16]. This occurs in the anus, and a person treats it as best he can with the help of specialists, and takes precautions against what comes out. If the discharge continues, he performs wudu for every prayer: he wipes with a tissue or the like when the time enters, then performs wudu, wiping three times or more over the area inside the anus from which the discharge comes, or he cleans himself with water if water does not harm him. Otherwise, wiping with clean tissues three times or more is sufficient, until he cleans the area as much as he is able after the time has entered. Then he performs the wudu for prayer, and takes precautions for the rest of the time to protect himself from the traces of blood and pus that come out. This does not harm his Hajj, nor does it harm his prayer, and praise be to Allah. Yes.

The presenter : Praise be to Allah. May Allah reward you with good.
