The ruling on a driver taking passengers to places whose visitation is not prescribed

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
After this, a message was sent by one of the listening brothers, saying: I am a taxi driver, and some passengers come to me asking to be taken to places whose visitation was not established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), intending to visit them. What is the ruling if I take them to those places, and my intention is only to make a living? If I do not take them, my standard of living will be affected. Please guide us, may Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
You must not assist in religious innovations. If the places are not prescribed for visitation, do not take them there, whether voluntarily or for a fee. Do not assist in falsehood and religious innovations. Allah the Exalted says:
but do not cooperate in sin and aggressionوَلا تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ
[Al-Ma'idah: 2].
Taking people to places whose visitation Allah has not prescribed is not permissible for you, and it is not lawful for you to do it or to take a fee for it. However, you should advise them and direct them to good, and say: There is no need to visit these places.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good.
