Is it permissible to place verses or dhikr on the walls?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The listener, Walid Khalid from Syria, sent a question saying: Is it permissible to place verses or hadiths of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) on the walls in rooms for the purpose of reminding oneself of Allah the Exalted, as well as looking at them? Please guide us, may Allah reward you with good?
Answer: The correct view is that there is no harm in placing verses on the wall, or hadiths, for the purpose of reminding oneself. There is nothing wrong with that, if it is for the sake of reminder and benefit, such as hadiths about peace, hadiths about supplication, hadiths about what Allah has forbidden, or exhortations to obey Allah, or verses. There is no harm in that in the gathering place or in the office. Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
