Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: (And none of you but will pass over it…)

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
He also asks about the exegesis of the saying of the Truth, Blessed and Exalted is He, I seek refuge in Allah from Satan the outcast:
And there is none of you except he will come to it. This is upon your Lord an inevitability decreed.وَإِنْ مِنْكُمْ إِلَّا وَارِدُهَا كَانَ عَلَى رَبِّكَ حَتْمًا مَقْضِيًّا
[Maryam:71]?
Answer: This passing over is the crossing of the Sirat on the Day of Resurrection. A bridge is set up for people over Hellfire, and they pass over it. The believers pass over it and are delivered to Paradise, while some of the sinners fall and some of the sinners are saved. The disbelievers are unable to pass over it; rather, they are driven into the Fire. We ask Allah for safety. So the people will pass over this Sirat; the believers will pass over it and cross safely, as He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: :
(71) And there is none of you except he will come to it. This is upon your Lord an inevitability decreed. (72) Then We will save those who feared Allah and leave the wrongdoers within it, on their knees.
[Maryam:71-72]. So Allah saves the righteous, and they pass over safely. Some pass like lightning, some like the wind, some like the flash of an eye, and some less than that, according to their righteous deeds. There are hooks on the bridge, hooks on both sides, whose measure no one knows except Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He). They snatch people by their evil deeds. Some are snatched and saved, some are scratched and saved, and some fall into the Fire by their sins. We ask Allah for safety. O Allah, save, save. The prophets are on the edges of the Sirat saying: O Allah, save, save. That is the supplication of the prophets at that time: O Allah, save, save.
So all the people who entered Islam will pass over this Sirat. The sound believer is saved, some of the sinners are saved, some of the sinners are scratched and saved, and some of the sinners fall due to the severity of their sins and are punished according to their sins. Then Allah takes them out of the Fire by their tawhid (the oneness of Allah) and their Islam to Paradise.
As for the disbelievers, they are unable to pass over it; rather, they are driven into the Fire and gathered for it, because they are among its people and it has been prepared for them. We ask for safety. So they will pass over it and end up in it. We ask Allah for safety. Yes.
