The ruling on saying (Bala) when reciting Surat al-Tin in prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Is it permissible to say (Bala) when reciting surahs that end with certain questions, such as:
Is not Allah the most just of judges?أَلَيْسَ اللَّهُ بِأَحْكَمِ الْحَاكِمِينَ
[al-Tin:8], similar to saying (Ameen) when reciting al-Fatihah? May Allah reward you with good. I hear some of the worshippers saying that.

Answer:
That is not prescribed except when reciting the last verse of Surat al-Qiyamah, which is the saying of Allah the Exalted:
Is He not able to give life to the dead?أَلَيْسَ ذَلِكَ بِقَادِرٍ عَلَى أَنْ يُحْيِيَ الْمَوْتَى
[al-Qiyamah:40]. It is recommended to say when reciting it:
Glory be to You, yesسبحانك فبلى
; because the hadith regarding this from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is authentic, and success is from Allah.
