Question:
The questioner says: Allah the Exalted said:
Is He not able to give life to the dead?
[Al-Qiyamah:40], and in another verse:
Is not Allah the most just of judges?
[Al-Tin:8], and the similar verses in that regard, is there a specific dhikr or statement to be made upon hearing them, whether in prayer or outside of it?

Answer:
Yes, it is established to say upon
Is He not able to give life to the dead?
[Al-Qiyamah:40]: "Bala, Subhanak" (Yes, Glorified are You). So "Bala, Subhanak" is established at the end of Surah Al-Qiyamah. As for Al-Tin and Al-Zaytun, it is not established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and likewise in Al-Mursalat, it is not established. But it is established in Al-Qiyamah when He says:
Is He not able to give life to the dead?
[Al-Qiyamah:40], one says: "Subhanak, Bala" (Glorified are You, Yes). Yes.
