Ruling on saying: "Yes," when reciting: {Is He not able to give life to the dead?}

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: Is it permissible to say: "Yes," in the surahs that end with certain questions, such as:
Is not Allah the most just of judges?أَلَيْسَ اللَّهُ بِأَحْكَمِ الْحَاكِمِينَ
[Al-Tin:8], like saying: "Ameen" when reciting al-Fatihah? May Allah reward you with good; for I hear some of the worshippers saying that.

Answer:
That is not prescribed, except when reciting the last verse of the surah (Al-Qiyamah), which is the saying of Allah the Exalted:
Is He not able to give life to the dead?أَلَيْسَ ذَلِكَ بِقَادِرٍ عَلَى أَن يُحْيِيَ الْمَوْتَى
[Al-Qiyamah:40]; for it is recommended to say when reciting it:
Glory be to You, yesسبحانك فبلى
; due to the authenticity of the hadith regarding this from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). And success is from Allah.
