Is the prohibition mentioned in the hadith (that one who has had intercourse with his wife that night should not bury the deceased) a prohibition of harm?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Regarding the saying of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him):
That one who has had intercourse should not descend to bury the deceased. أنه لا ينزل يدفن الميت
Or does it mean that it is a condition that the man has had intercourse with his wife that night? What is this hadith to be understood as?

The Shaykh : What is it to be understood as?

The questioner: Yes.

The Shaykh : How do you mean?

The questioner : I mean, does the one who descends commit a sin, or is the matter merely guidance?

The Shaykh : The one who descends, meaning he has had intercourse.

The questioner: Yes.

The Shaykh : If he knows the ruling, he commits a sin.

The questioner : Glory be to Allah, even though it was my uncle, but I mean, all my going was for the sake of, if Allah wills, the general admonition of the family, because this deceased had passed to his Lord, glory be to Allah. I reminded the people and said to them, meaning, it is like this. So it seems they were surprised by the matter, saying, "What is this you are talking about?" They sat and waited for a period of time to see what they should do. So I said, "O brothers, may Allah reward you, two or three should descend. It is not a condition that they be relatives, because people are accustomed to the Shaykh, his sons, or his brothers, or his relatives. I said, any person, it is not a condition that he descend to cover the body."

The Shaykh : Yes.

The questioner : They understood, meaning, after I mentioned my words and my advice to them, they refrained. I do not know what the reason is, meaning?

Another questioner : The Shaykh says this is for the female, not for the male.

The Shaykh : For the female?

The questioner : I said to our Shaykh when we discussed this topic, he said to me, "If the deceased is a woman, the one who had intercourse with his wife that night should not descend to place her in the grave."

The Shaykh : This is correct.

The questioner : The one who had intercourse with his wife that night should not descend to place her in the grave, but if it is a man, there is no harm on him.

The Shaykh : This is correct. May Allah reward you with good.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good. This is new knowledge.

Another questioner : From the Shaykh.
