What is the ruling on calling people to prayer after the adhan?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
You say in another question: Is calling people to prayer a religious innovation?

Answer:
This is part of forbidding evil and enjoining good; because Allah (Exalted and Majestic is He) commanded the adhan, the call, saying: (Hurry to prayer, hurry to success). So if a Muslim passes by a group of people sitting who have not moved to pray, and he calls out to them saying: Pray, O servants of Allah! Prayer, prayer, then this is in the category of enjoining good and forbidding evil, and in the category of calling to Allah (Mighty and Majestic). The one who does this is rewarded; because he is one who enjoins good and forbids evil.
So the one who walks in the markets and sees someone lagging behind in prayer, and says to him: Pray, O Abdullah! Fear Allah, hasten to prayer, is rewarded. And this is in the category of enjoining good and forbidding evil, and in the category of calling to Allah .
And likewise, if he says to his family: Pray, to his children, to his brothers after the adhan, and he stands up to them and is strict with them in that until they go out to prayer; then he is rewarded, and this is obligatory upon him. Allah the Exalted says:
And enjoin upon your family the prayer and be patient in it.وَأْمُرْ أَهْلَكَ بِالصَّلاةِ وَاصْطَبِرْ عَلَيْهَا
[Ta-Ha:132] And He (Exalted and Majestic is He) says:
O you who have believed, protect yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is people and stonesيَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا قُوا أَنفُسَكُمْ وَأَهْلِيكُمْ نَارًا وَقُودُهَا النَّاسُ وَالْحِجَارَةُ
[Al-Tahrim:6].
And there is no doubt that commanding prayer is among the causes of protection from the Fire. Some people hear the call and do not move, they hear the adhan and do not move, so it is necessary that his neighbor, his brother, or whoever sees him, or his father, or others stand up to him, in the category of cooperation in righteousness and piety, and in the category of enjoining good and forbidding evil, and in the category of calling to Allah . We ask Allah for guidance for all of us, yes.

The presenter : O Allah, amen. May Allah reward you with good.
