How to perform missed prayers due to sleep or forgetfulness

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Another listener asks a question similar to the previous one, saying: If I missed performing the 'Asr and Maghrib prayers, and this was due to a cause beyond my control, and 'Isha' time has entered, is it permissible to make them up with the 'Isha' prayer?

Answer:
You begin with them, starting with the 'Asr prayer, then Maghrib, then you pray 'Isha'. You must strive to stay away from the causes of neglecting them and be cautious, for the believer does not be lax in this matter. Allah the Exalted says:
Maintain with care the [obligatory] prayers and [in particular] the middle prayerحَافِظُوا عَلَى الصَّلَوَاتِ وَالصَّلاةِ الْوُسْطَى
[al-Baqarah: 238] And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said in the authentic hadith:
The covenant that distinguishes between us and them is prayer; so whoever leaves it, he has committed Kufr.العهد الذي بيننا وبينهمم الصلاة، فمن تركها؛ فقد كفر
Sunan Ibn Majah 1079Sahih (Darussalam)
And he (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Between a man and disbelief and shirk (associating partners with Allah) is the abandonment of prayer.بين الرجل، وبين الكفر والشرك ترك الصلاة
So the matter is great, and only a hypocrite lags behind in them. We ask Allah for safety.
So it is obligatory for you to be cautious of resembling the people of hypocrisy. It is obligatory for you to preserve them in their time. If you forget something of them, or sleep through them, or are occupied with something, then you must follow the order: start with 'Asr, then Maghrib, then 'Isha', in this order. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good.
