Means of Treating the Evil Eye

Question:
In the last question we are presenting in this session, you said: Is there a treatment for it that is established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)?
Answer:
Yes, this is an authentic hadith. He said: If the one who cast the evil eye is identified, he is asked to wash his face, the tips of his hands, the inside of his garment, and the tips of his feet. This is placed in a vessel and poured over the one afflicted by the evil eye, and he will be cured—by the permission of Allah. Even if he merely rinses his mouth and washes his face, that is sufficient. This has been tried and tested. It is poured over the one afflicted by the evil eye, and he will be cured by the permission of Allah. This is part of the Prophetic treatment.
Also, among the treatments is reciting for him some verses, such as al-Fatihah, the Verse of the Throne, and [al-Ikhlas: 1] and the two chapters of protection (al-Mu'awwidhatan). These are also among the causes of healing.
And among the causes of that is reciting for him: Some of the good people blow on him Riyad as-Salihin 902 Sahih Muslim 2186 three times. All of this is among the causes of healing.
The point is: that the one who cast the evil eye performs a ritual bath (ghusl) and that the water is poured over the one afflicted by the evil eye is among the causes of healing. And that some of the good brothers recite for him, either directly or in water which is then poured over him; this is also among the causes of healing—may Allah grant us safety. Yes.
The presenter : O Allah, amen. May Allah reward you with good.
