What is the description of the rawatib of 'Isha' and the voluntary prayer after it?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
His last question is: Tell us about the rawatib of 'Isha', may Allah reward you with good?

Answer:
The rawatib of 'Isha' is two rak'ahs. This is how the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to do it: just two rak'ahs. If he prays four, or eight, or more, there is no harm. The entire night is a place for prayer, but the rawatib is two. Then he prays whatever Allah wills for him, whether at the beginning of the night, in the middle, or at the end. Then he concludes with one rak'ah, which is the witr, a single rak'ah with which he concludes. He recites in it al-Fatihah and "Say: He is Allah, the One." This is the sunnah (recommended practice), whether at the beginning of the night, in the middle, or at the end. He prays what Allah has decreed for him: two rak'ahs and concludes with one; four rak'ahs and concludes with one; or more, and concludes with one.
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) usually prayed ten rak'ahs and concluded with one, the eleventh. Sometimes he prayed twelve and concluded with one, the thirteenth. He would say the taslim (closing salam) after every two rak'ahs (peace and blessings be upon him). And whoever prays more, such as one hundred rak'ahs and concludes with one, or fifty rak'ahs and concludes with one, there is no blame on him for that. But he should say the taslim after every two rak'ahs. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
The night prayer is (to be offered) two by two.صلاة الليل مثنى مثنى
Sunan Ibn Majah 1319Sahih (Darussalam)
Thus said the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Prayer during the night should consist of pairs of rak'ahs, but if one of you fears the morning is near he should pray one rak'ah which will make his prayer an odd number for him.صلاة الليل مثنى مثنى، فإذا خشي أحدكم الصبح؛ صلى ركعة واحدة، توتر له ما قد صلى
Sunan Abi Dawud 1326Sahih (Al-Albani)
This is the sunnah (recommended practice): to pray two by two at the beginning of the night, in the middle, or at the end, then conclude with one rak'ah, reciting in it al-Fatihah and "Say: He is Allah, the One."
And if he wishes to make qunut after the ruku' (bowing), he should make qunut with what Allah has pleased for him, using the supplication that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) taught al-Hasan
Allahumma ihdini fiman hadaytaاللهم اهدني فيمن هديت
Sunan an-Nasa'i 1745Sahih (Darussalam)
And if he adds some other supplications with it, that is good. After the ruku' is the best. If he prays eleven or thirteen, that is better, like the action of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): eleven or thirteen. If he prays less or more, there is no blame on him for that, and the matter is broad, praise be to Allah. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good.
