The ruling on one who intentionally breaks his fast for days in Ramadan

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A person broke his fast in Ramadan intentionally, six days intentionally in disobedience. Does he have to make up the fasts, or pay an expiation? Please inform us of this.

Answer:
Yes, he must repent and make up the fasts. He must repent and make up the fasts. He must repent to Allah for his disobedience, and he must make up the fasts. If the disobedience was intercourse, i.e., unlawful sexual intercourse, then he must pay an expiation in addition to making up the fasts and repenting. The expiation is freeing a slave. If he is unable to do so, he must fast for two consecutive months. If he is unable to do that, he must feed sixty poor people. If it was intercourse, unlawful sexual intercourse, or with his wife, he must pay the expiation, repent, and make up the fasts, all of it.
As for if he broke his fast by eating or drinking, he must make up the fasts along with repentance. Repentance to Allah, and making up the fasts. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good.
