The ruling on a woman who broke her fast in Ramadan due to menstruation and did not make it up

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
She says about herself: "I am a girl who reached the age of menstruation twelve years ago, and I did not make up the days I broke my fast in Ramadan. I have realized the sin, and I have repented to Allah the Exalted. I have decided, indeed I have pledged to Allah, to fast the month and make up the days I broke. What is the ruling on this? Do I have to make up the past years, or what should I do? I should mention that I am unable to make up the fasts because my health is very weak, and I also cannot feed a poor person for each day because I am poor and have no money. Please guide us, may Allah reward you with good."

Answer:
You must make up the fasts whenever you are able, even if you do so in parts. Whenever you are able, you fast one day, two days, three days, four days, then you break the fast, and so on. You fast gradually according to your strength and ability, whenever you are able, and as you become stronger, you fast, and praise be to Allah. You should keep track of this and write it down, recording what you fast until you complete what is required of you. Allah the Exalted says:
And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him of his matter ease.وَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِ يُسْرًا
[Al-Talaq:4],
And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way outوَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ مَخْرَجًا
[Al-Talaq:2]. Be glad of good. You must have sincere repentance and regret, then continue making up the fasts, even if it is scattered according to your capacity. We ask Allah for you to be helped and guided. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good.
