The ruling on one who experiences a nocturnal emission while in the state of ihram

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The questioner, Isam Adam, a resident of the Kingdom, says in this question: I performed the obligatory Hajj, and I was in the state of ihram in Mina. We stayed overnight in Mina, and I experienced a state of ritual impurity. I performed the full ritual bath, and in the morning I went to 'Arafah. Is my Hajj valid, or is something required of me?

Answer:
If he means by this that he experienced a nocturnal emission, then that does not harm him. A nocturnal emission is not by one's choice. If he experiences a nocturnal emission and sees semen, it does not harm his Hajj. He has to perform the full ritual bath, and praise be to Allah, and his Hajj is valid.
What is forbidden is to intentionally have intercourse with one's wife; that is what is forbidden. As for experiencing a nocturnal emission at night or during the day, while one is a pilgrim, or in Ramadan, that does not harm him. It does not harm his Hajj, nor his fast, because it is not by his choice. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good.
