Ruling on one who has intercourse or a wet dream but does not ejaculate

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
A man underwent a procedure—may Allah reward you—on his penis, so that when he has intercourse with his wife, he does not ejaculate at that moment,And he says: and sometimes I have a wet dream at night but do not ejaculate. Is the full ritual bath obligatory for me or not?
As for having intercourse with his wife, the full ritual bath is obligatory for him and for her as well, whether he ejaculates or not; based on the hadith of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: (When a man sits between her four parts and then exerts himself, the full ritual bath becomes obligatory), and the meaning of "exerts himself" is that he has intercourse with her. In a wording in Muslim, it says (even if he does not ejaculate).
And as for a wet dream,Meaning: if he has a wet dream that he had intercourse but does not see anything, then the full ritual bath is not obligatory for him; based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to Umm Salim (may Allah be pleased with her) when she asked him: (Is the full ritual bath obligatory for a woman if she has a wet dream? He said: Yes.
If she sees the fluid) He (peace and blessings be upon him) made the condition for the obligation of the full ritual bath that she sees the fluid.
