Ruling on paying zakah early and its amount?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
You say in another question: I have a savings amount of ten thousand riyals, and the completion of the lunar year (hawl) will be in Shawwal, meaning: after Ramadan. However, I have the desire to pay its zakah in Ramadan. Is that permissible, and how much is the zakah on the ten thousand? Do I pay the value of the zakah from my salary, or from the amount itself? I ask for your guidance. May Allah reward you and the Muslims with good.

Answer:
Paying zakah early is permissible. Paying zakah early for the sake of benefit is permissible. So if the lunar year completes in Shawwal, and the Muslim wishes to pay the zakah in Ramadan, there is no blame on him for that, because of the virtue of Ramadan, or if he encounters poor people whose need is severe before the completion of the lunar year, so he pays them the zakah early, or he pays it early to the mujahideen, all of this is good, and what is similar to it, and there is no harm in that.
The obligatory amount on the ten thousand is one-quarter of a tenth, like everything else. The obligatory amount is one-quarter of a tenth. So on the ten thousand, the obligatory amount is two hundred and fifty; because a tenth of it is one thousand, and a quarter of the one thousand is two hundred and fifty. This is the zakah on the ten thousand. And on the one thousand, it is twenty-five, and on the one hundred, it is two and a half. So the zakah is one-quarter of a tenth.
It is not obligatory to pay it from the money itself. So if you pay the zakah from your salary, or from other money, there is no blame on you. It is not necessary to pay the zakah from the money saved in a bank, or elsewhere. No, if you pay the zakah from other money, or from your salary, there is no blame on you. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good.
