Ruling on one who finds traces of menstruation after her 'Umrah

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The questioner says: A woman went to Makkah while menstruating, and she stayed there for a day until she became pure from her menstruation. Then she performed the full ritual bath and went to make up her 'Umrah by performing the circumambulation and the walking between al-Safa and al-Marwah. However, after that, she found some traces of menstruation. What is the ruling?

Answer:
That does not harm her if she did not know; it does not harm her. Her circumambulation is valid, and praise be to Allah. If she finds a trace of blood on her garment or her underwear that she did not wash, but she did not know until after the circumambulation, it does not harm her. It is like one who prays and has impurity on his garment but does not know until after the prayer; his prayer is valid, and prayer is greater than circumambulation.
So if one prays in a garment, and it becomes apparent after the prayer that it has impurity, or if he prays in underwear and impurity is found in it, or if he performs circumambulation in a garment, a coat, or something else, and it becomes apparent after the circumambulation that it has impurity, and he did not know, or he knew but then forgot it, then it does not harm him, and praise be to Allah. Allah (Exalted and Majestic is He) says:
Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred.رَبَّنَا لا تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِنْ نَسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا
[al-Baqarah:286] And it was narrated from him (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said:
My Ummah is excused for mistakes, forgetfulness, and what they are forced to doعفي لأمتي عن الخطأ والنسيان، وما استكرهوا عليه
Sunan ad-Daraqutni 23:30
and praise be to Allah.
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) "prayed in his sandals one day, then Jibril came to him and informed him that there was something on them; so he took them off and did not repeat the beginning of the prayer" (peace and blessings be upon him). Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
