Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Following this, a message was received for the program from one of the brother listeners, who indicated his name with the letters (F. M. A). Our brother has several questions, among which is one that says:
At times, Satan whispers in my heart, and I recite the two chapters of protection (al-Mu'awwidhatayn) and the Verse of the Throne, but I have not benefited from it. So what is your guidance, Your Eminence?
May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
Strive to seek refuge in Allah from Satan; for Satan is a clear enemy, so struggle, patience, and strength are necessary. Allah the Exalted says:
And those who strive for Us - We will surely guide them to Our waysوَالَّذِينَ جَاهَدُوا فِينَا لَنَهْدِيَنَّهُمْ سُبُلَنَا
[Al-'Ankabut: 69] And He the Exalted says:
Indeed, Satan is an enemy to you; so take him as an enemy.إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ فَاتَّخِذُوهُ عَدُوًّا
[Fatir: 6] Strength and patience are necessary; strength is necessary to seek refuge in Allah from Satan. You are strong, knowing that Allah (Exalted and Majestic is He) is the One capable of repelling him from you. So seek refuge in Allah from Satan, repeat it, and be glad of good. When sleeping, recite the Verse of the Throne. After every prayer, recite
Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One,قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَد
[Al-Ikhlas: 1] and the two chapters of protection. Recite the Verse of the Throne as well after every prayer. Have strength and vigor; do not be weak. You must have strength when seeking refuge from the enemy of Allah, Satan, and sincerity. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good, and may He do you good.
