Question:
We return at the beginning of this episode to a message sent to the program by one of our female listeners, who used the initials (M. A. S) as a code for her name. We presented part of her questions in a previous episode, and in this episode she asks your Eminence and says: “It has started to occur to me at certain times some whispers, and I repel them as much as possible, and I remember Allah a lot, and I make du'a, but I notice that they did not start until after I committed to the Shari'ah hijab. I ask for your guidance and your du'a for me for guidance. May Allah reward you with good.”
Answer:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon the Messenger of Allah, and upon his family and his Companions, and upon those who follow his guidance. As for what follows:
So, praise be to Allah who guided you to commitment and led you to the truth. We advise you to remain steadfast on this good and to be upright upon it. These whispers came from Satan so that he would make you averse to commitment. Beware of him and of his disobedience, and be cautious of him. Do what you are doing of dhikr and seeking refuge in Allah from Satan, and be glad of the good. His plot is weak if the believing man and woman are upright and strive against him in that, for Allah will frustrate him. And it is sufficient for you against his evil. So, seek help from Allah, and seek refuge in Allah from Satan. If something from the whispers occurs to you, repel it with strength, by the remembrance of Allah and seeking refuge in Allah from Satan, and be glad of help from Allah.
He, the Exalted, says: [Al-A'raf: 200] And He, the Exalted, says: [Fatir: 6] So the advice for you, and for others, is to be cautious of the plot of the wicked one. Be cautious, be cautious of his whispers and his stings. And be strong against the enemy of Allah. If something occurs to you, seek refuge in Allah from Satan, and remember that this is from the enemy of Allah, and distance yourself from obeying him, and continue in obeying Allah and His Messenger, and in performing His remembrance, the Exalted, and in engaging in His obedience, and likewise in engaging in your other needs. And you are occupied with the remembrance of Allah, the obedience of Allah, and seeking refuge in Allah from Satan, and be glad of victory over the enemy of Allah. Yes.
The presenter : May Allah reward you with good, and may He do you good.
