Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A message was received for the program from one of the listeners who indicated his name with the initials (A. M) from Yemen. He says in one of his questions: Your Eminence, in the past I did not pray the Friday prayer; rather, I prayed at home. Before that, I used to pray the midday prayer and the Friday prayer; and that was due to my ignorance. So what is required of me now? Do I pray two rak'ahs to make up for the two preceding rak'ahs of the Friday prayer with the intention of the midday prayer? And what is the situation regarding the tashahhud?
May Allah bless you.

Answer:
You must repent to Allah for what has passed, with sincere repentance involving regret for the past and the resolve not to return to it. You must attend the Friday prayer and pray the Friday prayer with the Muslims. As for the past, you must repent to Allah for it, and praise be to Allah
