Ruling on a mother giving her son from his father's money without his knowledge

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
We return at the beginning of this episode to a message received by the program from listener (B. M. H) from the Arab Republic of Egypt. Our brother asked some questions in a previous episode, and in this episode he asks and says: I am separated from my father, and I have an independent house. My father has a shop containing some goods, and my mother gives me from that shop without my father's knowledge. So, is what I take considered lawful, or is it not permissible?
May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Praise be to Allah, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon the Messenger of Allah, and upon his family and his Companions, and upon those who follow his guidance. As for what follows:
If you are poor and unable to earn, and you have nothing to support your livelihood, then there is no blame on you, provided that what your mother gives you from the shop does not harm your father; there is nothing wrong with it, because he is obligated to provide for you, just as a wife takes her needs from her husband's money, even if he is not pleased, and even if he does not know, because he is obligated to provide for her. However, if you are wealthy and have abundance, you have no right to accept that except with your father's permission. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
