The ruling on raising the hands between the two Friday sermons and the times of response in them

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
From the questions of the questioner, he says: “O His Eminence the Shaykh: What is the ruling on supplication and raising the hands after the preacher’s break on Friday? And what are the times of response on that day? May Allah reward you with good.”

Answer:
Regarding raising the hands, I do not know of anything reported in this regard. However, supplication is good between the two sermons; if one supplicates, response is hoped for. Likewise, in his prostration in the Friday prayer, in the tashahhud, after the testimony, and after the prayer upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), supplication is hoped to be answered at the end of the Friday prayer before the taslim, and in the prostration; all of this is a place for supplication. Likewise, between the two prostrations, if he supplicates, response is hoped for.
As for raising the hands, I do not know of anything reported in this regard at this time. Perhaps not raising them is preferable due to the lack of a report. The original ruling is the permissibility of raising the hands, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) informed us that raising the hands is among the causes of response. So if he raises his hands in a place where it is not known from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he raised and left it, there is no blame on him.
As for the place where it is known that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not raise, he does not raise. For example, in the Friday sermon, he does not raise, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not raise his hands in the supplication of the Friday sermon, nor in the supplication between the two prostrations, nor in the supplication in the tashahhud, he does not raise, nor when he says the taslim from the obligatory prayer, he does not raise, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not raise in these places.
As for if he raises in his supplications when he supplicates to his Lord, raising between him and his Lord, or after the voluntary prayer, if he raises at times after the voluntary prayer, there is no blame. As for his supplication between the two sermons, this is a matter of consideration. It has not reached us that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) raised, so leaving it is safer in such a case, because it has not reached us that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) raised between the two sermons, nor did he supplicate between the two sermons. So the best is to leave it in this case; he supplicates between himself and himself only.

The presenter: And what is the most hopeful time for response on Friday? The questioner says, “O His Eminence the Shaykh.”

The Shaykh: From when the imam sits on the minbar until the prayer is completed, and likewise after the 'Asr prayer until the setting of the sun, this is the most hopeful time on Friday. The imam, when he ascends the minbar until the prayer ends, and after the 'Asr prayer until the setting of the sun; this is the most hopeful time for supplication on Friday, the Hour of Friday.

The presenter: May Allah reward you.
