What is obligatory for one who performed tawaf while menstruating?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The questioner says: A girl started menstruating during tawaf. She had performed ghusl from menstruation at the miqat, and her menstrual period lasts from four to five days. So her menstruation returned to her on the day of tawaf, which was the fifth day, but she completed her tawaf considering that blood to be istihadah (irregular non-menstrual bleeding), or due to the intense heat, or that it was the end of her purity?

Answer:
She must repeat the tawaf, perform istinja' (cleaning oneself after relieving oneself), and perform wudu' (the ablution for prayer) like the wudu' for prayer; because it is blood of corruption (fasad). As long as it is after her purity from menstruation, it is blood of corruption. She performs istinja', performs wudu' like the wudu' for prayer, and repeats the tawaf. It is better if she also repeats the sa'y (walking between al-Safa and al-Marwah), then she shortens her hair. And if she is with her family, she returns. Yes.

The presenter: So what is obligatory for her, blood, O Shaykh?

Answer: No, if she does not have a husband. If she has a husband; then she must offer a blood sacrifice, a sacrificial animal slaughtered in Makkah for the poor, and complete the 'Umrah (the lesser pilgrimage). Then she must make it up again from her miqat, entering ihram (the consecrated state of pilgrimage) from the miqat from which she entered ihram... the first one. So she must complete this tawaf, sa'y, shortening of hair, and the sacrificial animal. Then she returns to the miqat and performs a new 'Umrah, as some of the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) issued a fatwa to that effect. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you and bless you, may the Shaykh be respected.
