What is the ruling on one who performed 'Umrah while menstruating?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
(S. S. S) This questioner is a code for her name from Makkah al-Mukarramah. The questioner (S. S. S) says: A woman went to perform the rites of 'Umrah, and she circumambulated the Ka'bah, walked between al-Safa and al-Marwah, and shortened her hair while she was menstruating. What is the ruling? And what is required of her? May you be rewarded.

Answer:
If she circumambulated while menstruating, she must repeat the circumambulation. As for the walking between al-Safa and al-Marwah, it suffices. So she must repeat the circumambulation and repeat the shortening of hair, shortening from her head after the circumambulation. The walking between al-Safa and al-Marwah is sufficient for her. That is to say, the circumambulation of a menstruating woman is not valid; ritual purity is necessary. So she must return to Makkah, and her husband must not have intercourse with her until she circumambulates, if she has a husband. She returns and circumambulates, and praise be to Allah, then she proceeds to shorten all of her hair, and her 'Umrah is completed.
If her husband had intercourse with her, she owes a ransom of a sacrificial animal to be slaughtered in Makkah for the poor. And she must complete the 'Umrah and perform a new 'Umrah from the miqat in place of the 'Umrah she invalidated through intercourse. She circumambulates for her previous 'Umrah and shortens her hair, then she performs a new 'Umrah if the husband had intercourse with her. And she owes a sacrificial animal to be slaughtered in Makkah for the poor.

The presenter: May Allah reward you, Your Eminence.
