Advice for teachers who travel without a mahram

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Finally, the questioner (M. A.) says: Your Eminence! May Allah preserve you, and bless you and your knowledge. I ask Your Eminence to direct a word to the teachers who travel long distances alone, or with a male driver who is not a mahram.

Answer:
It is obligatory for women traveling with a non-mahram, or with anyone other than a mahram, not to travel except with a mahram. They must travel with a mahram. If they travel for teaching, it is obligatory for each one to have her mahram with her. This is the obligation, based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
A woman should not travel except with a mahramلا تسافر امرأة إلا مع ذي محرم
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 9:2565
Whether the driver is a non-mahram or a relative.
The point is: a mahram is necessary. A mahram must be with her: her brother, or her husband, or her father, or her son, or her paternal uncle, or her maternal uncle, whether by blood or by breastfeeding, based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
A woman should not travel except with a mahramلا تسافر امرأة إلا مع ذي محرم
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 9:2565
And the General Commission for Girls' Education must look into this matter and strive in this matter; perhaps Allah will facilitate a solution for them regarding mahrams. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you.
