The ruling on Friday prayer for one who is affected by the distance of the mosque from him and his work

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
He says: I work on a farm, and the distance between the farm and the mosque is eight kilometers. When I go to pray Friday prayer, I go on foot and return on foot, but the journey affects my work, and I do not complete my work on that day because I feel tired and exhausted. Is there a sin on me for this work? Or should I pray in the farm, fearing Allah that I have fallen short in my work on that day? Please inform us, may Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
If the situation is as you described, then you are not required to go to the mosque that is this distance, eight kilometers, from the farm. You may pray the midday prayer at the farm, and likewise the other times if there is a mosque around you. And if you have a congregation, pray with the congregation, pray with the congregation, and do not pray alone. You are not required to pray in the distant mosque you mentioned, because the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Whoever hears the call for prayer and and does not come (to the mosque for prayer), his prayer will not be accepted from him, unless he has a (legitimate) excuse.من سمع النداء فلم يأت؛ فلا صلاة له إلا من عذر
Bulugh al-Maram 2:308
And this is a distance at which the call to prayer cannot be heard. As for hearing it through a loudspeaker, no ruling is based on that.
The point is: hearing it with the usual hearing, the usual voice, and the usual call to prayer. As for loudspeakers, one may hear from far away, so the ruling is not attached to them. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good, and may He do you good.
