Ruling on Advancing the Tarawih Prayer When Combining Prayers for a Valid Reason

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The questioner, Abu Abdullah from al-Qassim, says: If it rains, do they combine the Maghrib and Isha prayers along with Tarawih by advancing them, if it is during Ramadan?

Answer:
Yes, if there is rain, or difficulty due to mud and slipping in the markets, then it is better to combine the prayers to make it easier for the people. And if they combine them, they pray Tarawih after... Isha; because their times have become one. So if they combine them in the time of Maghrib, they pray Tarawih after that, and there is no harm, and praise be to Allah.
