Ruling on taking from a trust with the condition of returning it

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
If a person has a trust and wants to take from this trust, for example, to buy a commodity and then return it?

Answer:
No, he may not do so except with permission. He must preserve it and protect it, and not betray it, except with permission.
Q: And if he says: Your trust is a debt in my liability?
A: If he says it and the owner agrees, there is no harm.
Q: May he dispose of it?
A: If the owner agrees, yes, there is no harm, and it becomes a debt.
Q: And may he dispose of it by selling and buying?
A: He may dispose of it as he wishes, as Allah has permitted.
Q: Is there zakah on the trust?
A: It is on the owner. If it is a trust that is owned, then its zakah is on the owner.
