The ruling on one who takes from the trusts in his possession and then returns them

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
He asks another question, saying: I hold money in trust for people, but when I need it, I reach out and take it, then I put it back in its place. Am I sinful?
Knowing that I did not seek permission from their owners.

Answer:
You are not allowed to take anything from it except with their permission. You must preserve it and not take anything from it except with their permission; because it may be lost, it may become difficult to replace, or something may happen to you.
Therefore, it is obligatory for you not to take anything from the trust except with their permission. You should say to them: I may need the trust, do you allow me to take it as a loan? If they permit you, there is no harm, yes.
