The ruling on one who kills a fetus by mistake and cannot afford the blood money

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
If a person kills a fetus in its mother's womb by mistake and is unable to pay the blood money, does he have to fast?

Answer:
Its value is one-tenth of the value of its mother. Five camels from the blood money, as the blood money is one hundred camels, and the woman is half of that: fifty. The value of the fetus is five camels. He is obligated to pay it. If he is unable to pay, he is given time, and it remains a debt in his liability.
He is also required to pay the expiation if the soul has been breathed into the child and he killed it after four months. In that case, he owes the expiation and the blood money.
However, if the soul has not been breathed into it, but the human form has become apparent in it, he owes only the fetus's value, without the expiation.
