Q: He was unaware of the ruling.

Q: Yes.
A: He owes nothing as long as he was unaware, but he should be taught.
Q: And what is the ruling if he was not unaware?
A: He is not standing [in prayer] except if he is unaware.
Q: I mean if he was not unaware and did this out of forgetfulness?
A: The forgetful one is more severe and more severe.
