Ruling on preventing a wife from spending on her children from her own money

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
She has another question. She says: My husband told me: You will be in a difficult position if you buy anything for my children from your money or your family's money. He does not maintain the prayer well, and he eats the forbidden things that Allah has forbidden, such as grains and intoxicants, and so on. So, does this difficulty bind me? I mean, does his making it difficult for me bind me? Please inform us, may Allah reward you.
Answer: If he fulfills their rights and gives you their needs, then do not take anything for them from anyone. However, if he is negligent or leaves them without clothing and without their needs, then there is no harm. But as long as he fulfills their needs, obey his command. If he has sins in himself, but if he does not pray, do not remain with him; because the one who does not pray is a disbeliever. If he does not pray, the one who does not pray is a disbeliever. We ask Allah for safety. But if he prays but may commit some of the forbidden things, then he is a sinner and you have the choice. If you are patient with him, there is no harm. If you seek separation, then this is up to the court. You and he connect with the court, and the court looks into your case. We ask Allah for guidance for everyone.
The presenter: May Allah reward you.
