Ruling on removing hair from the body of a person in the state of ihram if it causes him harm

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
A brother named 'Abd al-Muhsin Muhammad Musa sent a message from the Republic of Somalia asking and saying: I have hair in my eye that must be removed with tweezers. If I leave it, it hurts and tires me. Is it permissible for me to remove it while I am in the state of ihram, or not? Please inform us; may Allah reward you.
Answer: There is no blame on him for that. If a person is in the state of ihram and some broken hairs fall in his eye that cause him harm, he removes them with tweezers, just as if his nail broke, he would remove it. This is because it is tiring and painful, so removing it does no harm. Also, Allah has legislated ease and facilitation.
Allah intends for you ease and does not intend for you hardshipيُرِيدُ اللَّهُ بِكُمُ الْيُسْرَ وَلا يُرِيدُ بِكُمُ الْعُسْرَ
[al-Baqarah:185] So if a hair or hairs break in his eye, it is permissible to remove them with tweezers while he is in the state of ihram, and there is no blame on him for that. And all praise is due to Allah.
Likewise, if his nail breaks, he removes it. Yes.
