The ruling on a man who divorces his wife if she utters what he dislikes

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The question: This questioner (M. A. Sh.) from the Shubra district in Riyadh says: A man divorced his wife twice and threatened her that if she uttered a word he disliked in the third instance, he would divorce her the third time. She uttered it and denied hearing it. He is serious about divorcing her, not because he dislikes her, but so that she would not utter what he dislikes. What is the ruling? May Allah reward you with good.
The answer: He must appear with her and her guardian at the court in his country so that the court can issue a ruling for him, or write down the facts and send them to us so that we can look into the matter, if Allah wills. The questioner, the wife, and her guardian, such as her father or her brother, must appear at the court in their country to look into the subject and be issued a ruling based on what the court deems appropriate, or the court can write to us and I will look into the matter, if Allah wills.
The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
