What is the advice for one who is afflicted with an older brother who does not pray?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
I have a brother who is older than me, and he does not pray. I have tried with him more than once to make him pray, but he says, "Many people do not pray." What should I do with him to force him to pray? Please note that he works in everything, even in the house, he works with me. I ask for your guidance. May Allah reward you with good.
Answer: You must continue to advise him and also seek the help of your good, righteous brothers so that they advise him along with you. Along with asking Allah, Mighty and Majestic, to guide him. You ask your Lord to guide him in your prayer, at the end of the night, and in other times. You ask Allah to guide him, to expand his chest for the truth, and to help him in his struggle against his self and his Shaytan. Do not despair, but strive in advising him, perhaps Allah will grant you the favor of guidance. If he persists, then distance yourself from him, cut off ties with him for the sake of Allah, and boycott him for the sake of Allah, perhaps Allah will benefit through that as well. Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
