The ruling on a woman delaying the midday prayer on Friday

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The questioner says, from Yemen: What is the ruling on some women delaying the midday prayer on Friday until a long time after the Friday prayer?
Please inform us of this.

Answer:
There is no basis for this; it is merely ignorance on their part. When the mu'adhdhin calls the adhan and the sun passes its zenith, the woman prays the midday prayer of four rak'ahs in her house. She has no connection to the Friday prayer. She prays four rak'ahs in her house after the sun passes its zenith. Even if the Friday prayer is delayed, she is not required to wait for the Friday prayer. She prays the midday prayer of four rak'ahs on Friday, and she has no connection to the Friday prayer.
However, if she attends the Friday prayer with the people in the mosque, praying two rak'ahs with them suffices her for the midday prayer. If she attends the Friday prayer and prays with the people, it suffices her for the midday prayer. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you.
