Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
From 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Baz to the honorable sister in Allah, Ms. A. A. A., may Allah guide her and increase her in knowledge and faith, amen.
Peace be upon you, and Allah's mercy and blessings. As for what follows:
Your letter dated 7/4/1994 CE has reached me. May Allah guide you and make us and you among His righteous servants and the successful group. I was pleased to receive your letters, so praise be to Allah. The questions contained therein were known, and here is the answer to them along with a copy of the message containing the questions:
A woman's prayer on Friday, especially the midday prayer: does she pray when the first call to prayer is made, or the second? Or does she pray whenever she wishes? Or does she pray with the Friday prayer on television?

Answer:
It is obligatory for a woman to pray the midday prayer on Friday after the sun has passed its zenith, just as on all other days.
Q 2: When a woman is at her relatives' or neighbors' house, does she pray, or does she wait until she gets to her own house, for example, for the midday and afternoon prayers? And can the times be combined at once? I want a precise answer.
A: There is no blame on a woman praying at her neighbors' house if the time has entered and it is possible to do so without any evil resulting from it.
